Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves front office operations, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude toward creating a positive experience for visitors and team members alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors promptly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously Handle scheduling tasks such as appointment setting with precision Maintain organized filing systems, including digital records using MindBody. Support office management duties such as inventory tracking and general clerical support Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, both in person and via phone or email Skills Strong computer literacy Experience with office procedures, including data entry, and document proofreading Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills for front desk interactions Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently using time management techniques Technical proficiency with productivity software such as MindBody Previous office experience or administrative background preferred Organizational skills that ensure productivity and accuracy in clerical tasks Schedule Mondays & Wednesdays, 2pm to 5pm (600 Technology Square) Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5pm to 9:30pm (215 First Street) Availability to cover additional shifts as needed. •Please do not apply unless you can commit to all shifts.•Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets efficiency!
