per diem/per day (minimum of 16 hours plus) Join Our Team at Easton Eye Consultants! Easton Eye Consultants is a busy, well-established ophthalmology practice committed to providing outstanding medical and surgical eye care in a warm and professional environment. We are currently seeking a reliable, friendly, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming attitude Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally Verify insurance and collect co-pays Check patients in and out using EMR systems Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth office flow
Qualifications:
Prior medical front desk or ophthalmology experience preferred, but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Proficiency with EMR systems and basic computer skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
