Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, organized and customer-focused team member to join our retail glass and mirror company in Falmouth, MA. This dual role combines front desk responsibilities with direct customer sales support, product coordination, and inventory management. Duties Front Desk Management - Warmly welcome visitors and customers. Assist walk-in customers with product guidance and options Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls appropriately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Maintain a clean, professional reception area Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, including filing, organizing documents, generating quotes/invoices, and processing transactions Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments Provide excellent follow-up and resolution for customer inquiries Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed. Place and track orders for glass and mirror inventory Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking as needed Maintain accurate records of orders, quotes, and client details Help create marketing materials and assist with store merchandising Qualifications Previous experience in an office setting, retail, sales or receptionist roles preferred Proficiency in email, Microsoft Office, and POS systems Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory. High school diploma or equivalent (additional training a plus) Friendly and clear communicator Ability to handle light physical tasks (e.g., moving small glass panels, arranging stock)
