Job Description

Overview We are seeking dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionists to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and assist clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner. Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members. Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Utilize Google Suite for document creation, email communication, and scheduling tasks. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies. Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support office operations. Requirements Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Proficiency in computer literacy, including experience with Google Suite applications. Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment is essential. Previous experience as a receptionist is a plus but not required. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
