Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Make/receive phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Provide support to the office team by assisting with various tasks as needed
Skills:
- must be proficient in Microsoft Word
- Excellent organizational skills
