About Us We are a patient-focused dental practice committed to providing exceptional care in a friendly and professional environment. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-service-oriented Dental Office Manager / Front Desk professional to join our team. Responsibilities Greet and check in/checking out patients Answer phones and schedule appointments Manage office email communications (Gmail/Vyne Trellis) Verify insurance benefits and process claims Follow up on unpaid/overdue insurance claim. Deposit checks and manage daily financial transactions. Pay office bills Manage patient accounts and collect payments Coordinate treatment plans and patient follow-up Maintain accurate patient records Assist with office operations and daily administrative tasks Support the dentist and clinical team with scheduling and workflow managementQualifications Previous dental office experience (3-5 years preferred) Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures Experience with dental practice management software (Eaglesoft, Dexis, Weave, Dosespot, etc.) Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude High school diploma or equivalent Benefits Paid time off Paid holidays Employee Discount Experience Experience with dental insurance verification and processing. Prior office experience or administrative experience is required; familiarity with office management tasks is highly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with experience in client communication and support roles. Experience handling multi-line phone systems and phone reception duties with professionalism.
