Full Job Description Description:
Mason Wright Senior Living is looking for a friendly, organized, and bilingual Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our senior living community.
Schedule:
Part-time, 21.5 hours per week
Hours:
Tuesday & Thursday, 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM; Sunday, 3:30 PM - 11:00 PM This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, staying busy, and keeping things running smoothly in a warm, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors. Answer and direct phone calls Manage front desk operations and sign-in/sign-out for visitors and residents. Provide administrative support to staff. Sort and distribute mail and packages. Order and organize office supplies Manage the Front Desk convenience store (stocking, shopping, and cash reconciliation) Assist with mailings, records, and special projects
Requirements:
What We're Looking For At least 1 year of office or administrative experience Bilingual in Spanish (required) Friendly, professional, and dependable Organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable using Word and Excel Reliable transportation for weekly supply runs Education High school diploma or GED required.
