Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring they feel valued and attended to promptly Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel with courteous phone etiquette Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools Maintain organized filing systems, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments or meetings for staff or clients Support office management activities including general clerical duties Process credit card payments. Scan documents into files.
