13+ weeks
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM•5:00 PM Looking for someone with excellent customer service skills•will be responsible to greet the patients, verify demographic information and insurance information, and check in for PT, OT, Epic experience is required. Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months to be considered.
Position Overview:
Seeking a reliable and professional Practice Assistant. This role will primarily support the phone room, assisting patients and coordinating with staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a phone room setting Provide excellent customer service to patients Assist with scheduling, inquiries, and general administrative support Support front desk operations as needed (check-in/check-out) Collaborate with a team of 2-3 staff members
Qualifications:
Experience with EPIC (required) Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Additional Requirements:
Must be available for in-person or virtual interviews Reliable transportation required Strong attendance and punctuality (tardiness will not be tolerated) #TNG123
