Job Description

Role Overview The caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence while building meaningful relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes. Engage residents through conversation and daily activities to enrich their lives. Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Communicate effectively with families and care team members. In Memory Care settings, create engaging experiences for residents with memory loss.
Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma or GED; age 18+ CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it. Must demonstrate compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
