Serves as the primary reception and front desk representative for the Corporate Office, providing a professional and welcoming first point of contact for employees, visitors, and external partners. Is responsible for managing reception duties, including greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, and handling office communications. Provides administrative, clerical, and operational support through meeting coordination, scheduling, event planning, office supply management, and various administrative projects as directed by the Executive Assistant and Senior Leadership.Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of office administration, receptionist, or administrative support experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Experience using Canva or similar graphic design software to create flyers, invitations, newsletters, and promotional materials preferred. Experience coordinating virtual meetings using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism in all interactions.Benefits
