Job DescriptionWe are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Owings Mills. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment while managing various administrative duties with efficiency and attention to detail.

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous mannerAnswer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone systemSchedule and manage appointments using electronic calendar systemsMaintain a clean and organized reception areaCoordinate with staff regarding visitor arrivals and scheduling changesAssist with patient care in the clinic as neededHandle basic administrative tasks including data entry and filingOperate standard office equipment including copiers, printers, and scannersSupport other administrative staff with various clerical tasks as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum 1 year of front office or reception experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skillsProven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentExceptional organizational and time management skillsProfessional phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systemsDemonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in workBasic computer literacy and ability to learn new software systemsExperience with standard office equipmentAdditional InformationThe anticipated base pay range for this position is $16.00-$18.00. Pay is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
