Are you ready to hit the ground running and serve as the first point of contact and front office presence for a DC professional services firm? This firm is seeking a hardworking, excited, and eager individual for their part-time Receptionist opening. This role requires a minimum three-to-six-month commitment and offers flexibility with a part-time schedule. As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for fostering a welcoming office environment, supporting day-to-day operations, and assisting with additional projects as required. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary front desk point of contact, warmly greeting staff and office visitors and directing them to the proper meeting spaces. Manage scheduling of conference rooms and assist with meeting space set up, including meeting materials, computer/sound technology, and catering. Ensure office operations run smoothly including checking inventory, ordering supplies, communicating with vendors and assisting with mail, deliveries, and other needs. Oversee overall office tidiness and cleanliness, keeping shared office space such as reception and the kitchen areas clean and presentable at all times.
