Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and timely completion of procedures
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly and effectively
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic troubleshooting
Skills:
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and diplomacy
- Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping
- Ability to transcribe information accurately from various sources
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Knowledge of dental receptionist duties is a plus
