Job Description
Law office searching for a F/T employee and a P/T employee for administrative positions, who are interested in being trained for bankruptcy paralegal work. MUST be able to multi-task and handle basic office tasks by following check lists ie: greeting clients, answer multi line telephone, review/respond/tag multiple emails, scanning, printing, faxing, calendaring, verify dates, issue professional emails and letters. Need someone with an eye for detail to review and cross reference information for data entry. MUST have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. The F/T position is Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The P/T position is Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., with full days an option on Tuesday and Thursday. MUST Submit cover letter and resume. Other language skills a plus. Hourly pay starts at $16.50/hour, and will increase based on performance.
