Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially
- Verify insurance information and process payments
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry Skills
- Experience with medical or dental preferred
- Bi lingual a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
