Answer telephones and field calls to appropriate department / person. Greet and assist visitors, manage front door access, and support facility needs. Sort and distribute large volume of mail, including checks and EOBs Assist other departments with administrative duties as needed Ordering office supplies and managing Aramark service and supplies Printing medical records for paper billing. Coordinating lunch orders for meetings Assisting with external referrals. Perform other duties and assignments as directed and/or necessary High school diploma or GED equivalent Ability to utilize multi-line phones and carry out basic computer tasks. Strong verbal and written communication Strong customer service skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage time effectively by setting priorities Sitting, standing, walking, reaching above shoulder length, working with body bent over at waist, working in kneeling position, climbing stairs, climbing ladders, working with arms extended at shoulder length, lifting maximum of 20 lbs.
