This vital role involves creating a welcoming environment for visitors and clients, managing communications, and supporting daily office operations. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the company Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries efficiently and professionally Perform data entry tasks accurately using spreadsheets and productivity software such as Microsoft Office Receive incoming payments for property rentals Maintain organized front desk area and manage office supplies inventory Order office supplies according to staff needs Remotely deposit checks via check scanners Requirements Professional in appearance and in demeanor 3+ years experience as receptionist/office assistant Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems Strong computer literacy and technical proficiency in office productivity software Previous customer service or front desk experience demonstrating professionalism and friendliness Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of Sage 300 is a plus, but not required Join us to be the friendly face of our organization! Pay:
