Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role managing front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your positive attitude and professional demeanor will help create a friendly environment with competitive compensation. Responsibilities Create a positive and professional first impression of our medical office (Internal Medicine). Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally. Manage appointment scheduling, referrals, prior authorizations, calendar coordination, and ensure all required paperwork is completed for that day's appointmenmts. Collect copays and past balances at check-in or check-out; enter required demographics and clinical information into EHR (eClinical); scanning, faxing and/or emailing pertinent paperwork for our patients. Support office management activities by coordinating with team members and handling basic administrative requests.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in office administration or reception roles ( 2 years) with strong clerical skills. Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally. Proficient computer software skills. Maintain HIPAA Compliance, multi-tasking and proactive problem solving.
Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
