Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Associate to join our dental team. This role is vital in delivering exceptional patient experiences and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Dental or medical experience is a must, insurance experience is a plus.
Schedule is as follows:
Mon-Wed 7:30am-5:00pm, Thur 7:30am-2:30pm Responsibilities Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information and assistance Handle dental inquiries, appointments, and daily operations with attention to detail Maintain patient records accurately using dental software, Eaglesoft Provide information about dental insurance and procedures Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure patient satisfaction Process payments securely and efficiently using POS systems Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure clear communication at all times Assist in resolving patient concerns promptly to maintain high levels of patient satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience in dental or medical front desk operations is preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of dental scheduling and insurance Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, front desk operations, and multi-line phone systemsJob Type:
Full-time Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:
