We're seeking a positive, reliable individual to become part of our team at a well-established oral surgery practice in Portland. If you're passionate about providing exceptional customer service and are looking for a fulfilling and rewarding career, we'd love to hear from you! As a Front Office Receptionist, you will: Greet patients with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming experience Answer phones confidently and with care, addressing patient inquiries Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate records Perform data entry tasks with precision and consistency Review and complete patient charts to ensure all necessary information is accurate Assist patients with navigating online forms and address any questions regarding them Provide clear information about fees, insurance, and payment options Assist with insurance predeterminations, ensuring patients understand their benefits and financial responsibilities Inform patients of the amounts due on the day of surgery and help guide them through payment options We're looking for candidates with: Previous experience in a medical or dental office (preferred) Knowledge of medical or dental billing and insurance (a plus) Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and helpful information A collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team A commitment to delivering excellent patient care and creating a comfortable experience for everyone If you're ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role that directly impacts patient satisfaction, apply now and become a vital part of our team.
