You'll help create a warm and welcoming environment while providing professional and courteous service.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Greeting residents, families, visitors, and staff with a friendly and helpful attitude + Answering and directing telephone calls + Responding to questions and providing general information + Monitoring visitors and following established security procedures + Assisting with basic clerical and administrative tasks + Receiving and distributing mail and other deliveries + Maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional reception area + Supporting the team with other duties as needed We're Looking For Someone Who Is + Friendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoys helping people + Dependable and able to work independently + Professional and comfortable interacting with a variety of people + Organized and able to manage multiple tasks + Comfortable using a telephone, computer, and basic office technology + Able to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment + Previous receptionist, customer service, healthcare, or office experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person!
