Join Our Team! We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Office Assistant/Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and keeping an office running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with a professional, friendly attitude. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Respond to emails and provide exceptional customer service. Gather paperwork to process payroll, A/P, A/R and inventory records. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. Be able to do research to gather information needed to complete tasks. Generate reports as needed File, scan, copy, and organize documents. Receive and distribute mail and deliveries. Order and maintain office supplies. Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks. Support office staff with day-to-day operations. Adhere to the company's strict confidentiality & security rules Qualifications Previous receptionist, office assistant, administrative, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer applications. Quickbooks experience is preferred. Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Comfortable working independently as well as with the team.
