Front Desk - (Part-Time) Ann Arbor, MI | In-person | Starting at $16/hour About Us At Reach Bodywork Studio , we're dedicated to helping our community move, feel, and live better. Through a combination of massage, assisted stretching, trigger point, and myofascial release techniques, we provide a modern, collaborative bodywork experience in a sleek open-concept studio. Our members partner with our Specialists to develop customized plans to relieve pain, increase flexibility, and enhance overall well-being. But what truly makes Reach special is our culture — our team and members are upbeat, supportive, and passionate about wellness. We operate like a family, working hard and having fun together both inside and outside the studio. About the Position As our Front Desk, you are the face of Reach Bodywork Studio — the first smile our members see when they walk in and the voice that sets the tone for their experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. You'll balance client care, scheduling, and light administrative work while helping maintain a welcoming and professional studio environment. You'll also play a key role in member communication, sales support, and team coordination — all while contributing to the fun, high-energy culture that makes Reach unique. What You'll Do Greet clients warmly, manage check-ins, and ensure each member feels valued and supported Coordinate scheduling for members and Specialists Support sales efforts by contacting and following up with potential leads Educate new members on our services and guide them through the onboarding process Assist with administrative projects as needed Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio Respond promptly to member questions and requests, both in person and over the phone Help drive sales by nurturing relationships and promoting membership options Participate in team meetings and events What We're Looking For Previous customer service or sales experience preferred A friendly, positive personality with a genuine passion for helping people Strong communication skills — in person, over the phone, and via email/text Organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel experience a plus) Must be available on Saturdays Ability to stand, move, and assist throughout an active shift Compensation & Perks Starting pay: $16/hour Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Opportunities for growth within a thriving wellness studio Fun, upbeat, and supportive team culture We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to fostering a workplace that celebrates diversity and inclusivity.
