Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time)
  • 4 positions We are looking for friendly, reliable, and upbeat Front Desk Receptionists to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and keeping things running smoothly. Friday & Saturday
  • 12:30a-8:30a (Midnight Shift)
  • SHIFT PREMIUM
  • Friday-Sunday
  • 8:30a-4:30p (Morning Shift) Friday-Sunday
  • 4:30p-12:30a (Afternoon Shift) Monday-Thursday
  • 4:30p-12:30a (Afternoon Shift) Responsibilities As the first point of contact, you'll be the face of our community.
Daily responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Greeting residents and guests with warmth and professionalism Preparing fresh coffee throughout the day Keeping the lobby, coffee bar, and study areas clean and inviting Answering general questions from residents and visitors Accepting packages from shippers, checking them in, and retrieving them for residents Handling maintenance requests and rent payments Assisting locked-out residents Answering phones and directing calls to the right team member Providing excellent customer service to ensure residents feel at home Performing light administrative tasks as needed

You should be able to work independently, stay productive without supervision, and manage your time well . This is not a role for sitting on your phone or taking it easy . While the position is straightforward and generally low-stress, the pace can vary—some nights are very quiet, while others are busier. A background in working with people and providing basic customer service is essential to ensure residents and guests feel supported.
