Front Desk Associate at Kado Clinic Bloomfield Hills, Michigan | Full-Time | On-Site Kado Clinic is where clinical precision meets luxury care. We are seeking a polished, personable, and highly motivated Front Desk Associate to join our team and help deliver an exceptional patient experience from the moment patients walk through our doors. About Kado Clinic Kado Clinic offers a refined medical environment where every detail matters—from the quality of care to the overall patient experience. Our mission is to provide elevated, patient-centered care that blends wellness, science, and artistry. What You'll Do Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression. Manage patient check-in and check-out, scheduling, and appointment coordination. Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and assist with messages. Collect payments and maintain accurate patient and account information. Coordinate closely with providers and clinical staff to maintain efficient daily clinic flow. Maintain an organized, polished, and welcoming front office environment. Assist with administrative tasks, patient communication, and opening/closing responsibilities. You Are Polished, professional, and personable. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Confident communicating with patients both in person and over the phone. Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced medical environment. Proactive, dependable, and able to anticipate the needs of both patients and the team. Committed to delivering five-star patient service . Experienced in a medical office, dermatology, aesthetics, or concierge setting — preferred.
