Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions that keep our office running smoothly. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will help create a positive experience for clients, visitors, and team members alike. Duties Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and direct calls efficiently to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff members. Perform data entry tasks using as Microsoft Office and our CRM system. Maintaining office supply inventory and ordering. Processing mail, postage, and incoming checks. Maintain reception and waiting areas to ensure a professional appearance. Requirements Proven experience in front desk or administrative support roles with strong clerical skills. Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with spreadsheets. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette. Technical proficiency in using multi-line phone systems, data entry software, and basic office equipment. Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience in front desk or personal assistant roles is highly desirable. Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
