Veterinary Receptionist Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunity Are you friendly, energetic, and professional? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love working with people and animals? Our busy two-doctor veterinary hospital is looking for a dedicated receptionist to join our vibrant, young team! About the
Role:
As a veterinary receptionist, you'll be the face of our clinic—the first point of contact for our clients.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing reminders using a computerized scheduling system Checking patients in and out, processing payments, and handling basic billing Communicating clearly with clients about services, wait times, and follow-ups Filing and organizing patient records accurately Supporting the veterinary team with administrative needs Maintaining a clean and welcoming front lobby
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfort working with computers and modern scheduling software Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Willingness to work with all types of animals Ability to lift up to 25 lbs A positive, team-oriented attitude Veterinary or medical office experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!
Hours & Compensation:
Full-time:
Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM - 6:00 PM 8:00 start on wednesdays Part-time hours also available for the right candidate Compensation based on experience If you're passionate about animals and enjoy working with people, this is a great opportunity to be part of a fun, supportive team.
