Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and professional Home Care Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our agency. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing excellent customer service to clients and caregivers, and supporting administrative functions in a fast-paced home care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients, visitors, and caregivers in a warm and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries Schedule client appointments and caregiver shifts as needed Maintain accurate client and employee records in compliance with company policies Assist with onboarding paperwork for new caregivers and clients Coordinate communication between clients, caregivers, and office staff Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary Ensure confidentiality of client and employee information (HIPAA compliance) Support office staff with additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred) Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience (healthcare or home care preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Friendly, patient, and compassionate demeanor Knowledge of scheduling systems or home care software is a plus Why Join Us?
