Job Description
Summary of Duties Provides clerical and receptionist support for the school office and assists the Building Principal with routine office operations. Assists students, parents, staff, and visitors by responding to questions, providing information, and directing inquiries as appropriate. Performs general office duties while maintaining confidentiality and providing professional, positive service in a busy school environment. Reports to Reports to Building Principal Qualifications & Requirements High School diploma or general education degree (GED) Previous office experience preferred, with public school office experience highly desirable. Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. Ability to organize and prioritize work, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced school office environment. Ability to exercise good judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work cooperatively with students, parents, staff, and visitors. Other duties as assigned Compensation Per DESPA Union Contract, Class 1 - 03 position Work Schedule 2.5 hours per school day following district calendar
