Job Overview As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while providing exceptional support to our team. Your role is pivotal in creating a positive first impression for visitors and clients alike. You will manage a variety of administrative tasks that keep our office running efficiently, making your contributions invaluable to our success. What you'll do Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members with a warm and professional demeanor. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and responding to inquiries with excellent phone etiquette. Perform data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to maintain organized records and documentation. Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative functions including typing, proofreading, and calendar management. Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to ensure accurate financial records. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist with office management duties to maintain a productive work environment. Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed, showcasing your organizational skills and time management abilities. Basic qualifications Proven experience in an office setting with clerical responsibilities. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Preferred qualifications Bilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse clientele. Familiarity with bookkeeping practices and QuickBooks is advantageous. Previous personal assistant experience can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
