KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Receptionist is a team player that combines many of our Fox values when communicating with customers, team members, vendors, and our community. As a Receptionist you are responsible for answering basic inquiries and directing customers. Greets visitors and answers incoming phone calls to determine the nature of their visit. Communicates with visitors and incoming callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. Provide basic dealer information or directs customers to the correct department Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner. Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message. Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner. Assists service customers during the morning and evening when needed. Assists with administrative duties as requested.

SKILLSEXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training. Excellent communication skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
