This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a dynamic team delivering exceptional and personalized patient care in this boutique style dermatology office Duties Greet patients professionally and warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, utilizing excellent phone etiquette Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide accurate information efficiently Perform data entry of demographics and insurance information and maintain organized records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Support office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting and payment collection. Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and preparing word documents as needed. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Support administrative projects as needed, including patient communication and office logistics Qualifications Administrative experience in a professional setting Strong computer literacy and openness to learn additional skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor, professional phone etiquette and an understanding of patient privacy Ability to perform clerical tasks with attention to accuracy and thoroughness Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities seamlessly Join our team in a role that is perfect for an individual who loves to talk to and be around others in a position that is positive, purposeful and fun!
