Job Description

Love closing a deal? Love people? We want to talk to you. This isn't a "sit at the desk and check people in" job. This is a sales role first — you'll build relationships, run tours, and close memberships every single day, with real commission on every sale. If you get a rush from turning a "maybe" into a "yes," keep reading. What you'll earn: Base pay: $15-17/hour Commission on every membership you enroll Commission on glove sales Monthly bonus for hitting member-count goals No cap on what you can make — the more you sell, the more you take home What you'll actually do: Guide first-time visitors through a free trial class, make sure they have an amazing experience, and confidently ask for the sale at the end of class — turning a great workout into a new member Run membership tours and turn prospects into first-time visitors or members Follow up on leads and turn "still thinking about it" into "signed up" Sell retail (gloves, gear) to members who need it Own the front desk experience — check-ins, questions, making people feel like they belong Help generate new leads through local outreach and creative promotion Keep the club running smoothly day to day (light admin, facility checks) You'll thrive here if you: Genuinely like people and can strike up a conversation with anyone Aren't afraid to ask for the sale — you see "no" as a step, not a stop sign Get energized by hitting a number and beating it next month Are coachable — we'll train you on our sales process, you bring the drive Can juggle a busy front desk without losing your energy or your smile Nice to have (not required): 1+ year in sales or customer service A passion for fitness — no boxing background needed, we'll teach you
