We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our dental office team. The ideal Front Desk Coordinator will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the dental office. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and assisting with various office tasks to contribute to the overall success of the dental practice.Fron Desk Coordinator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a Dental setting.
- Proficiency in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, dental management software).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with patients and staff.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
