The Receptionist is the first person that customers encounter so they set the tone for the store experience. This position concentrates on customer service and a friendly demeanor. What you'll do... Greet customers, caregivers or visitors in a welcoming and timely manner Check in customers with valid ID cards Accurately complete visitor paperwork Answer incoming phone calls, providing general information regarding visiting the store, purchasing product, and location/store hours. Communicate with the sales floor team to maintain a flow between the lobby and sales floor What we're looking for...
