We are searching for an exceptional Receptionist to become the friendly first impression for visitors of Clark Retirement. Shift Details The open schedule is every Sunday, 8:00am - 4:00pm. This is a part time weekend position, with the potential for more hours covering shifts for other receptionists on weekdays or weekends.

Operates multi-line phone system and answer calls as quickly as possible in a polite, personal, and friendly manner. Transfer calls to appropriate areas/staff members. Take message when needed and ensure the message is sent to the appropriate staff/area. Greets and monitor visitors at main entrance and see that they are directed to the appropriate individual who can assist them ensuring that all visitors and contractors sign in and wear appropriate badges according to policy and procedure. Monitor emergency situations, direct staff to emergent situations, call emergency personnel as needed, contact appropriate staff. Utilize overhead paging system to alert residents/visitors/staff of emergency situations. Maintains various files of residents' names, room locations for visitor entry system, phone bridge system, mail room, reception area and coat room. Maintains LOA (leave of absence), memorial service list, birthday/anniversary lists and publish/send as appropriate Comply with HIPAA in all communications and other aspects of the position. Supervises package delivery and flower deliveries Assists with various typing, reporting requirements, computer, and other functions for supervisor and any department as assigned. Conduct Wellness Checks as needed Notify care staff of any concerns regarding resident's well-being or safety Administrative tasks as assignedWho You Are:
Basic computer literacy and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications Detail-oriented and organized Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, families, and team members, and you demonstrate patience, empathy, and reliability in all interactions Take pride in supporting residents' well-being, maintaining high standards of safety, and contributing to a positive, collaborative care environment Clark Retirement is an equal opportunity employer .
