PART TIME EVENINGS
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere. This role manages the front desk, answers phones, directs visitors, and provides clerical support to facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones courteously, direct calls, and take accurate messages. Welcome and direct visitors, vendors, and applicants; maintain visitor log. Provide accurate information to residents, families, and staff as requested. Sort and distribute mail, packages, and messages promptly. Assist with clerical tasks such as copying, filing, and data entry. Support survey readiness through professional conduct and accurate records. Skills & Competencies Strong communication and customer service skills. Organizational and clerical abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and phone systems. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
Experience in healthcare or office reception role. Physical & Work Requirements Prolonged sitting with occasional walking and standing. Ability to lift 5 -40 lbs and push wheelchairs as needed.
