We're seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk & Client Services Coordinator who will serve as the welcoming face and voice of our organization. This role is ideal for someone professional, detail-oriented, technology-savvy, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Create a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to exceptional service. Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and courteously. Take messages and ensure prompt communication with team members. Assist walk-in clients with basic billing inquiries and premium payments. Anticipate customer needs and provide solutions whenever possible. Office Operations Open and close the office according to established procedures. Receive, sort, distribute, scan, and process incoming mail and deliveries. Coordinate outgoing mail and package shipments. Maintain phone systems, voicemail greetings, holiday messages, and closures. Ensure office equipment, including copiers and postage machines, remains operational and fully stocked. Order and manage office supplies and inventory. Workplace Support Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and break room. Support team members with administrative tasks and special projects. Assist with training and cross-functional support when needed. Contribute to process improvements that reduce administrative turnaround times and improve customer experience. Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
