Your organizational skills, technical proficiency, and friendly demeanor will help streamline office operations and support overall productivity. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy, providing excellent customer service at all times Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls efficiently, and relay messages accurately Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked and accessible Handle data entry tasks using spreadsheets, word processing, and productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff or medical/dental professionals as needed Experience Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office setting is preferred, especially in customer service or front desk roles Proven computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, data entry, and filing systems Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high call volumes professionally Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets efficiency!
