Job Description
This position is for a receptionist in a busy outpatient mental health office. We are hiring one applicant for this position. Hours may vary Monday through Friday. Duties will include, but not be limited to: Checking in clients Answering phones Handling client paperwork Making client phone calls for quality assurance Faxing physicians and miscellaneous documents Cleaning - making beverages/restocking items Filing/Miscellaneous office work Candidates must be efficient, trustworthy, have excellent attention to detail, and willing to start training ASAP. Those with experience in medical or mental health reception will be given preference. Must have excellent customer service skills.
