Job Description
Please attach a resume and a cover letter. We are a busy small animal practice seeking an enthusiastic veterinary receptionist that would like to join our fantastic, close-knit team. Experience preferred but is not necessary. Some of the job duties include but are not limited to: Greeting and welcoming patients and clients by name. Especially patients. Answering telephone calls professionally and returning communication. Scheduling appointments appropriately using our designated software. Ensuring clients show up on time and confirming appointments. Collecting records and attaching them within the practice management software. Receiving and verifying payments and balancing sales at the end of the day. Liaising with courier services and laboratories to ensure that samples are delivered and collected on time.
