Job Description

Position Summary:
The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for creating a positive first and last impression for patients at every visit. This role includes scheduling, patient communication, insurance coordination, and financial transactions, while supporting an efficient, patient-centered dental practice. 1-3 year dental experience required. •Please drop resumes off at the office during business hours. Hours :
Tuesday and Thursday 8am-5pm Wednesday and Friday 8am-2pm
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Experience & Communication Greet patients warmly in-person and over the phone Manage incoming calls, emails, texts, and appointment requests Explain treatment plans, fees, and payment options clearly and professionally Address patient questions and concerns Scheduling & Office Flow Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments to optimize provider schedules Coordinate patient flow to minimize wait times Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Insurance & Financial Coordination Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits Collect co-pays, deductibles, and patient balances Generate insurance estimates and claims Administrative Duties Process paperwork, referrals, and correspondence Ensure compliance with HIPAA and office policies Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed Maintain front office organization and cleanliness including vacuum waiting room, hallways, wipe door handles, clean glass, water plants, etc.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
