Veterinary Receptionist Wanted! Arrow Veterinary Clinic is looking for a friendly, fun, and animal-loving Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! If you can juggle ringing phones, checking in clients, answering a million questions, and remembering which patient is obsessed with Churu treats—all while keeping a smile on your face—we want to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Greeting clients and their pets with a warm welcome Checking patients in and out Answering phones and helping clients with questions Scheduling appointments and keeping the front desk organized Updating client and patient information Processing payments and handling invoices Helping create a positive, welcoming experience for every pet parent

What We're Looking For:

Some veterinary reception or veterinary hospital experience Excellent customer service skills Comfortable working around dogs and cats of all sizes and personalities Someone who is organized, dependable, and able to multitask A positive attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and their pets!
