Element Salon & Day Spa is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional Guest Services Coordinator to join our team as we prepare for an exciting new chapter at our brand-new salon and spa location. Guest Services is the heartbeat of Element. This team creates the first impression, the final impression, and so much of what happens in between. We're looking for someone who is naturally warm and welcoming, polished and professional, highly organized, confident communicating with people, and able to thrive in a busy environment. This is much more than answering phones and checking guests in. Our Guest Services team plays an important role in the success of our service providers, our guest experience, and the salon and spa as a whole. What You'll Do Welcome guests and create an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, changes, and guest communication Answer phones, texts, and other guest inquiries professionally and efficiently Check guests in and out and accurately process transactions Recommend services, products, and future appointments based on guest needs Support rebooking and help maximize provider schedules Maintain a beautiful, organized, guest-ready reception and retail environment Assist with Aveda retail sales and product recommendations Communicate closely with service providers and leadership throughout the day Handle guest concerns with professionalism, confidence, and care Help keep a fast-moving salon and spa day running smoothly Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Genuinely enjoy people and providing great hospitality Are confident, friendly, and professional Communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and through written messages Are extremely organized and detail-oriented Can multitask without losing your composure or attention to detail Take initiative and notice what needs to be done Are comfortable recommending products and services Understand the importance of reliability and being part of a team Enjoy working in a polished, high-energy environment Want to grow with an established local business Salon or spa experience is a plus, but it is not required. Hospitality, retail, customer service, administrative, or other guest-facing experience can translate extremely well to this position.
