This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing excellent customer service, and managing administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency with office management software, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Minimum of 3 years in dental office environment is needed . This position offers an opportunity to be the welcoming face of our organization while supporting daily administrative functions. Duties Greet patients warmly upon arrival and departure, provide exceptional customer service Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Schedule and manage patients appointments using Eagle soft software Verify insurance and handle billing inquiries Maintain accurate and current patient records, including dental histories, insurance details, rescheduling, and confirming patient appointments to ensure smooth daily flow Support administrative functions such as typing reports, managing emails, and organizing files Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment Requirements Minimum of 1 to 3 years of recent dental front office experience preferred Experience with dental practice management software Patterson Eagle Soft Experience with dental terminology and procedures is a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and professionally Attention to detail with proofreading and data accuracy skills Good time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously High school diploma or equivalent is required
