Job Description
Our practice is growing, and we're looking for a health-minded, energetic go-getter to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional experience to every person who walks through our doors. If you love people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a mission-driven team that genuinely improves lives — this might be exactly the role for you. What the Role Looks Like Day-to-Day As the face of our office, you set the tone for every patient's visit. Each morning begins with preparing the office, reviewing the day's schedule, and familiarizing yourself with the practice members coming in. From there, you're the hub of activity — greeting patients by name, reviewing their accounts, managing the flow of the office, and ensuring every visit ends with their next appointment scheduled and their questions answered. This role demands a high level of attention to detail, genuine warmth, and the ability to stay focused and composed even when things get busy. No prior experience is required — we will train you on the specifics of our systems and workflows. What we can't teach is attitude, and what we're really looking for is someone with a can-do mindset, a desire to grow, and a true passion for health and wellness. Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and text messages in a timely and professional manner Follow up with missed appointments, new patient leads, and lapsed practice members Greet practice members and guide them through their visit, including getting them set up on our roller tables Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized, accurate calendar Collect payments, process transactions, and track memberships Verify insurance coverage and benefits on behalf of patients Create, modify, and print office forms, materials, and patient-facing documents Support the other team members with general office duties as needed What We're Looking For Exceptional interpersonal skills — you make people feel welcomed and at ease A naturally positive energy that uplifts the workplace and brightens people's days Strong follow-through and the ability to stay on task when distractions or interruptions arise A personal commitment to healthy living Quick adaptability with technology, including scheduling software, payment processors, and office systems Calm, professional composure under pressure — you're someone who steadies the room, not stirs it What We Offer Full-time position with consistent hours Competitive pay with growth and bonus potential Comprehensive paid training — we invest in your success A supportive, upbeat team environment where your contribution truly matters Access to any of our services and products at cost. How to Apply We review applications on a rolling basis and would love to hear from you. Please submit your resume along with a brief note introducing yourself or stop on by and introduce yourself in person. Pathways Chiropractic and Wellness PLLC is an equal opportunity employer.
