What You'll Do:

Greet and direct customers when they arrive at the front Answer incoming calls Light filing and data entry Receipt of money Page for available sales reps Ensure a constant supply of repair files Manage receivables Manage incoming appointments (prepping folders and ensuring appointments are properly marked as Show/No Show) All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned
