Receptionist Currently Available Schedules and Shifts:
- 41 Hours per two-week pay period
- Every Thursday and Friday 9:00am
- 4:30pm,
- Every other Saturday and Sunday 8:30am
- 2:30pm
Pay Range:
$16.87- $22.89 per hour (based on experience)

- The Difference You'll Make As a Receptionist at our facility in Brooklyn Park , MN, you will be first point of contact to provide a welcoming atmosphere for our visitors and residents.
- Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, residents, families, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments or team members
- Provide clear directions and general information to visitors and guests
- Support administrative and clerical tasks for multiple departments as needed
- Maintain a calm, organized front desk environment while managing multiple priorities
- Communicate professionally and effectively with residents, families, team members, and external partners
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills while supporting a positive community experience Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum one year of receptionist , customer service, or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Professional, friendly, and service-focused demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, residents, families, vendors, and visitors in a variety of situations
- Strong multitasking, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic typing skills (approximately 30-35 words per minute) Preferred Qualifications
