Job Description

Eagan Family Chiropractic & Massage has an immediate opening for someone who believes in Natural, holistic healthcare, enjoys helping people, is dependable and takes ownership of your responsibilities and can communicate confidently, professionally and with kindness to join our growing clinic as a Front Desk Coordinator. You'll be working with a great team at a clinic that has a capable staff, caring doctors, and natural health solutions for pain, injuries, weight loss, and other problems. We put patients first and you'll be proud of the work you do. Our family practice needs someone that has excellent communication skills, a proven record of customer service, exceptional computer (MS Office) and Google Workspace, multitasking skills for this position. Experience within the health industry is preferred. We'll train you on the rest.
Specific job duties include:
- Welcoming and managing patient appointments
- Manage multiply websites daily on patient communications and new patient appointments.
- Collect payments from patients and bill insurance companies
- Control patient flow throughout office
- Audit accounts and maintain accurate patient balances
- Correctly entering charges and services into computer
- Monitor patient care for scheduling re-exams and transition to wellness
- Research insurance benefits
- Present treatment plans at Report of Findings
- Responsible for monitoring recalls of missed appointments
- Can balance multiply responsibilities while staying calm under pressure
- Make patients the number one priority and give them the best possible experience This is a full-time, 35-40 hour per week position and requires working the following hours (subject to change based on patient needs): Monday 8:00am
- 6:30pm Wednesday 8:00am
- 6:30pm Thursday 8:00am
- 6:30pm Friday 7:30am
- 3:00pm
Benefits:
Benefits include free chiropractic care and discounts on supplements and massage services. Pay rates are competitive within the area and will be based on experience.
